I am Jennifer Manning, and I teach Animation, Film and Visual Effects to 11th and 12th grade students at the Niagara Career and Technical Education Center (part of O/N BOCES). I am not familiar with the book or the author, but it seemed intriguing to me. I am in my 20th year of teaching, and I find myself wondering at times if I am succeeding in imparting anything of lasting meaningfulness to my students. This book seemed like an interesting way to explore that concept.

Hi, I am Craig Isaacson and I teach English at Newfane High School. I currently teach three sections of English 9 and two sections of AP English Literature and Composition to 11th graders. Recently my son was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma Stage 3 - considering 4, so as the father of many, I am trying to wrap my head around. I know Randy's story well enough and hope and pray for a different outcome for my son, but I thought it might be a good distraction in a round about way.
